Book a Space

There are several spaces currently available for bookings by students who are registered with CUC Macleay Valley.

Due to demand, these are no longer available as personal work spaces for extended periods. Priority is given to bookings for exams, therefore we ask that you please indicate the purpose of your booking when making a reservation.

The Bingayi Ngabu-Dawun is now set as a single desk exam space, the Guuyati-Dawun is a yarning place for collaboration on group work or for small meetings of up to 8 people. Our newest space is the Wuungga-Dawun, located in the kitchen area this single desk sound-proof booth is specifically for phone calls and online meetings. It features a desk that can be set as seated or standing to suit your preference.

You can book these spaces up to one month in advance through our online booking system below. You may book a maximum of two sessions per week, with each session lasting up to 3 hours. This limit is set to ensure that all students have equal access to bookable rooms.
